What You Can Expect from a Specialist Mental Health Mentor

As a Specialist Mental Health Mentor, my role is to provide you with tailored, one-to-one support designed to help you manage and navigate the unique challenges that can come with mental health conditions. This service is flexible, confidential, and centered around you—your needs, your pace, your goals.

Study Skills & Strategy Support

Support with managing academic stress, staying motivated, breaking down tasks, time management, and building effective study habits

Wellbeing Check-Ins

A safe space to pause, reflect, and reset.
Short, regular check-ins are designed to help you stay grounded and supported. Whether you're navigating a tough week or just want to talk things through, these sessions offer consistent encouragement and perspective.

Personalised assessments to understand your needs and create a supportive action plan. We'll explore how your mental health impacts daily life—academically, professionally, or personally—and work together to identify the support or adjustments you may benefit from. This is all about clarity, confidence, and planning ahead.
